Kathleen Oates is an Executive Director with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our Boston office, as well as Chief Accounting Officer of Franklin BSP Capital Corp.

Prior to joining BSP in 2020, Ms. Oates was a Senior Manager in the asset and wealth management assurance practice at PwC.

Ms. Oates received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Elon University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
